You should have 3 reasons for each. 12 sentences altogether.

Make sure to use complete sentences. For example 好处是质量好 does not give me enough  information on what you are referring to.

EACH sentence needs to start with
    去大商场买东西的好( 坏）处是。。。

Or 去小商店买东西的好（坏）处是。。。
